The Olympics are well-known for bringing out the best in our athletes – but they also help bring out the best innovation, creativity and teamwork in all of us. Take a look at the recent Fast Company blog post about how Nike created the prosthetic legs that Oscar Pistorius, a double, below-the-knee amputee, who competed in this year’s Olympics in London.
The story is quite remarkable and serves as a reminder that the ability to be creative, innovate and overcome odds in the spirit of the Olympics lives in more than just our athletes.
