The Boston office took a unique approach to Mentoring in May this year as we held an event called “Inside The Design Studio.” Based on the TV interview show called Inside the Actors Studio, we had senior employees interview junior or entry-level employees and vice versa. They interviews consisted of questions including:
What other careers did you consider?
How would your children describe you?
What kind of student were you?
Who is the best teacher you’ve ever had?
If you had a tattoo, what would it be?
Who is the artist/architect/designer you most admire?
What is the most important thing you’ve ever learned?
The questions and answers allowed for all of us to learn from each other and gain new perspective on our careers. Below are some photos from the interviews.
