Kent Turner

Mr. Turner served as regional director of Cannon Design’s Midwest Region for 13 years and is widely recognized for his leadership in advancing Cannon Design's national healthcare practice. As President of Cannon Design North America, Mr. Turner is responsible for developing methodologies that support Cannon Design’s delivery of transformational architectural and engineering strategies. He also leads the firm’s Research Group, established to integrate new architectural and engineering knowledge into the firm’s entire portfolio. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team as well as the firm's Board of Directors. Mr. Turner has been in professional practice for more than three decades, with experience spanning every dimension of the profession, from master planning, programming, and design to project delivery. For the past 20 years, he has served primarily as Principal for prominent high profile health sciences and academic projects exceeding $1 billion in construction value.
